What is EWPS?

The european workshop on particulate systems was founded in Berlin in 1998. It is a European Network of Leading Institutes of Pharmacy/Departments of Pharmaceutics and Biopharmaceutics focusing on nanoparticulate delivery systems. Since, 1998 EWPS is a bi-annual meeting being held and organized in one of the cities of the partnering pharmacy institutions. EWPS presentations are essentially made by post doctoral fellows and Ph.D. student provided by each groups.


The Network

The network is made of the following different groups:

Submit an abstract
Each group can submit a maximum of 6 abstracts. Abstracts should  be prensented according to the following format and sent to the following adress:
ewps.2010@u-psud.fr

Schedule and programme
The workshop will start at 12:30  (for welcome) on June 4 and end up at 5:00 pm on June 5.

Meeting location
The meeting will be located at the cité universitaire de Paris (CIUP)at the RER Line B  station "Cité Universitaire" . Download the  transport leaflet

 

This is a huge students residence located in the south of Paris easily accessible from airports and train station. (View google map/get directions)

Main entrance

Enter the Cité Internationale Universitaire just across the street from the RER station and continue straight ahead). A map is provided here:

From Orly Airport:
- Take the “Orlyval” train to “Antony”.
- Get off at the “Antony” station.
- Change to the RER B towards “Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry Claye”.
- Get off at the “Cité Universitaire” station.

From Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport:
- Take the RER B towards “Robinson/Antony/St Rémy les Chevreuses”.
- Get off at “Cité Universitaire” station.

From the Gare de l’Est train station:
- Take metro line 4 towards “Porte d’Orléans”.
- Get off at the “Denfert-Rochereau” station.
- Change to the RER B towards “Robinson/Antony/St Rémy les Chevreuses”.
- Get off at the “Cité Universitaire” station.

From the Gare de Lyon train station:

- Take the RER A towards “Cergy/Poissy/St Germain en Laye”.
- Get off at “Châtelet les Halles” station.
- Change to the RER B towards “Robinson/Antony/St Rémy les Chevreuses”.
- Get off at the “Cité Universitaire” station.

From the Gare Montparnasse train station:

- Take metro line 6 towards “Nation”.
- Get off at “Denfert-Rochereau” station.
- Change to the RER B towards “Robinson/Antony/St Rémy les Chevreuses”.
- Get off at the “Cité Universitaire” station.

From the Gare du Nord train station:
- Take the RER B towards “Robinson/Antony/St Rémy les Chevreuses”.
- Get off at the “Cité Universitaire” station.

From the Gare St Lazare train station:

- Take metro line 14 towards “Bibliothèque François Mitterrand”.
- Get off at “Châtelet” station.
- Change to the RER B towards “Robinson/Antony/St Rémy les Chevreuses”.
- Get off at the “Cité Universitaire” station.
